On-site Registration<\/strong><\/p>

On-site registration will be available from\u00a08:00 AM to 4:00 PM<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0August 19 and 20, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>

Delegates Identification<\/strong><\/p>

Certificate<\/strong><\/p>

  • Participants who attend the event onsite will receive a\u00a0Certificate of Attendance<\/strong>. This certificate will be provided as an electronic file and sent to the registered email address within two weeks after the meeting.<\/li>
  • Presenting authors will receive a\u00a0Certificate of Presentation<\/strong>\u00a0within two weeks after the meeting. This certificate will acknowledge the presentation of their work during the event.<\/li><\/ul>

    • Coffee breaks will be served in front of all oral presentation rooms at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.<\/li>
    • Lunch will be provided on the 1st floor of KNECC\u2014Room No. 11 for VIP participants and Room No. 12, located nearby, for all participants. Both rooms are within a 5-minute walk from the venue.<\/li><\/ul>
