On-site Registration
On-site registration will be available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on August 19 and 20, 2025.
Location: 2nd Floor, King Naresuan the Great Exhibition and Convention Center (KNECC), Naresuan University
* Please bring your ID card or student card to complete the registration process.

Delegates Identification
Name badge is the only identification of all delegates. According to the regulation of the Venue, you are kindly requested to wear your badge during all the sessions of the meeting.
Certificate
- Participants who attend the event onsite will receive a Certificate of Attendance. This certificate will be provided as an electronic file and sent to the registered email address within two weeks after the meeting.
- Presenting authors will receive a Certificate of Presentation within two weeks after the meeting. This certificate will acknowledge the presentation of their work during the event.
Catering
- Collect with coupons
- Coffee breaks will be served in front of all oral presentation rooms at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
- Lunch will be provided on the 1st floor of KNECC—Room No. 11 for VIP participants and Room No. 12, located nearby, for all participants. Both rooms are within a 5-minute walk from the venue.
Banquet

- The conference dinner will be held in the Convention Hall on the 5th floor of Topland Hotel, located approximately 25 minutes by car from the conference venue.
*Please check with the registration area regarding the banquet for accompanying persons of delegates (600 Baht per person)
