Selection of Oral Presentation
- A selected number of oral presentations will be chosen by the president of CGCM and chairperson of each session.
- Notifications may be sent to the presenting authors shortly before the meeting.
- The speaker should prepare a 5-minute presentation, followed by a 5-minute for Q&A session.
- All presenting authors are kindly requested to prepare both poster and oral presentations in advance.
Presentation Schedule
- Details regarding the oral presentation schedule, including the date and room assignment, will be provided at a later stage.
Submission of Presentation files
- All speakers are required to submit their presentation files in PDF or PPT format on a USB drive.
- Files should be uploaded to the designated meeting computer at the secretariat office (Mahathep Room, 1st floor) at least two hours before their session begins.
- Members of our academic team will be available to assist with any presentation-related concerns.
Personal laptops are not permitted for presentations.
