Abstract submission guidelines
Two platforms to submit abstract (choose one)
If platform A. is not functioning, please proceed to platform B.
1. You are invited to submit abstracts to the 21st CGCM Meeting. Please prepare the abstract in the required format as the abstract template. The abstract which is not followed the template will not be accepted.
2. Abstract submission deadline: Wednesday 31st May 2025 (Extended to 30th June 2025) (2nd Extension)
3. In the platform “*” is a required field.
4. All abstracts must be submitted in ENGLISH.
5. Word limit: 300 words and within 1 page
6. Upon abstract submission, the presenting authors will receive an automatic email detailing the complete submission process and providing the reference abstract number.
7. The selected abstracts will be invited for poster presentation and published in the meeting abstract book.
8. Presenting authors will be notified of the selection results, along with the abstract number, via email by 15th July 2025.
9. Submission of abstracts does NOT constitute registration for the Meeting. All presenters are required to make registration for the Meeting separately.
10. Travel grants are only available for student applications with accepted abstracts, submitted during the regular submission period. According to our no-refund policy, we recommend that all travel grant applicants refrain from making registration payments until the announcement of the travel grant awardees.
