  • After you confirm your Van Registration Form, we will provide you with important details including the pickup location, van license plate number, driver’s contact information, and other relevant information. We will email you this information within 7 business days after receiving your completed documents.
  • Since the service vehicle is a van that can accommodate 6 passengers plus luggage, meeting participants will need to register and select their preferred departure time. 
  • The organizers will assign seats based on registration order. 
  • The total fare of 6,000 baht will be divided equally among all passengers in each vehicle, with a maximum capacity of 6 passengers per van.
  • For example: If your van has 6 passengers, each person pays 1,000 baht. However, if you are the only passenger in your van, you will pay the full 6,000 THB fare. The organizers will notify you in advance to confirm your exact fare amount.
