Poster Presentation Guidelines

Please be advised that your assigned poster number corresponds directly to your abstract number. Poster setup arrangements are as follows:

• Poster installation may begin at 7:30 AM on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, in Hall 2, KNECC (King Naresuan the Great Exhibition and Convention Center) and must be dismantled by 3:00 PM on Thursday, August 21, 2025. Any excess left after the specified period will undergo recycling operations.
• Presenting authors are responsible for both the placement and removal of their posters. Necessary equipment will be provided by the organizers. Please mount your posters to the designated poster board according to your assigned poster number.
• The poster dimensions must be 80 cm in width and 120 cm in height, orientated in portrait orientation, using the designated template for preparation.
