Notes on Online Registration
Term for Early Bird Discount
- For those who completed the online registration and the payment of registration fee on or before June 30, 2025, are eligible for enjoying the early bird discount.
- For those who completed the online registration without completing the payment of registration fee or before June 30, 2025, are not eligible for enjoying the early bird discount.
Travel Grant Applicant
- Travel grants will be given to selected postgraduates to attend the 21st CGCM Meeting. Awardees will receive up to USD 500, free accommodation (shared room) for 3 nights between 18-20 August 2025 and waiver of registration fee.
- Travel Grant Applicant should provide proof of student status and endorsement from supervisors
- Applicants who do not receive a travel grant are eligible to register for the meeting at the Early Bird discounted rate by paying the online registration fee.
- According to our no-refund policy, we recommend that all travel grant applicants refrain from making registration payments until the announcement of the travel grant awardees.
